Last updated October 2026
I'm Brian at Peak Signal. I run a small studio, a sole proprietorship, from Evergreen, Colorado, serving Golden, Evergreen, and the foothills. I build websites and AI agents for small businesses: websites, voice agents, email agents, quoting, and integrations. This page is how I handle the information you give me.
What I collect
When you write through the contact form or book a call, I collect:
- Your name
- Business name
- Email address
- Phone number, if you share one
- Project notes (what you need, timeline, budget, how you found me, and anything else you write)
If you book a 30-minute discovery call, Calendly also collects what you type into that scheduler.
If you agree to texts, I also keep your mobile number and a record that you consented, so I can message you and honor a STOP request.
How I use it
I use this information to reply to your request, schedule a conversation, and do the work if we decide to work together. I do not run ads against your data. I do not buy lists. I do not treat a phone field alone as permission to text.
AI agents
I may use AI agents to answer calls to 970-660-5088 and to help handle email: sorting, drafting replies, and follow-up reminders. They collect what you say or write, and, on a call, the number you are calling from. I review email drafts before they are sent. You can ask for a person at any time.
On a live call, Twilio streams the audio to xAI. xAI transcribes what you say and speaks the reply. I keep that text transcript and a short recap, email them to myself through Formspree, and store them on GitHub. No audio file is stored. If the live voice connection is unavailable, Twilio speaks a short greeting with Amazon Polly.
Text messages (SMS)
Peak Signal can text you from +1 (970) 660-5088. The from-line is Brian at Peak Signal. Texts are about project discovery, scheduling, and updates on Peak Signal work. I send them through Twilio.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to leave the list. You will get a short confirmation and I will stop. Reply HELP for help. You can also email hello.peaksignal@gmail.com and ask me to stop.
I only text a number after you opt in on the contact form. Checking that box is the consent. Consent is not required to buy anything or to work with me. You can still email or book a call without agreeing to SMS.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Peak Signal does not have marketing partners who get your number. Your number stays with the studio and the service providers that actually deliver the form, the calendar, the site, or the text.
Who else sees this
I use a few tools to run the studio. They are service providers, not marketing partners. They process data so I can do the job. They do not get your number to promote their own products.
- Formspree receives the contact form.
- Calendly runs the 30-minute discovery calendar.
- Twilio sends and receives SMS.
- Vercel hosts this website.
- xAI transcribes live calls and speaks the replies.
- Replit runs the voice service behind /api.
- GitHub stores the text transcript and recap of a call.
Each of those companies has its own privacy terms. I only send them what they need for that job. The host may also log basic technical data such as IP address and browser type when you load a page.
Page views are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It records aggregate visits (the page, referrer, country, and browser). It does not use cookies, and Cloudflare does not sell that data.
How long I keep it
I keep project notes and contact details while we are talking or working, and for a reasonable time after so I can pick up a thread. If you opt out of SMS, I keep enough of a record to stop messaging that number. Ask and I will delete what I no longer need, unless I have to keep a short record.
