These terms cover the Peak Signal website and the Peak Signal text program. Peak Signal is a sole proprietorship in Evergreen, Colorado. I design and install systems. This site is not a store and I do not sell a downloadable product from it.

The Peak Signal text program

Program name: Peak Signal.

Purpose: project discovery, scheduling, and updates about Peak Signal work. That includes a reply to a contact form, a time to talk, and short notes while a project is open.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out. You will get a confirmation and I will stop texting that number. Reply HELP for help, or email hello.peaksignal@gmail.com.

Consent to SMS is not required to buy anything or to hire Peak Signal. You can use the contact form, email, or Calendly without checking the text box.

The website and the work

Pages on https://getpeaksignal.com describe AI-first solutions for Golden, Evergreen, and the Colorado foothills. If we work together, price and scope get confirmed in writing before I start.

The contact form currently posts to Formspree. Discovery calls are booked on Calendly (30 minutes). Texts go out through Twilio. Vercel hosts the site.

Do not send information you do not want me to have. I treat what you send as studio notes, not as public material.

Using the site

Use the site for ordinary browsing and to reach me. Do not try to break it, scrape it, or use it to send junk. I may change these pages. The date at the top is the current version.

I do this work carefully. I cannot promise a specific business result from a website, a phone system, or a follow-up loop. Colorado law governs these terms.
